Winter Haven Concrete Contractors provides concrete installation and repair services including driveways, patios, slabs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Site conditions discovered during preparation
- Changes requested by the customer
- Material cost fluctuations
- Additional work beyond the original scope
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or lack of maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Winter Haven Concrete Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
