How the Free Estimate Works
First, you reach out with the basics. Then we come to the property, measure, check the ground and how a concrete truck would reach the spot, and look at whether the job touches the street right-of-way. We also check whether the City of Winter Haven or Polk County permits your parcel, since a mailing address does not settle that.
After the visit you get a detailed written estimate: thickness, base prep, reinforcement, joints, finish, and any tear-out or permit work on their own lines.
